Gathering the Power of Women to Boost Enterprise Development | Warmly Celebrating the Formal Establishment of Wuxi Jinmao Women's Federation
On August 30th, the first women's congress of Wuxi Jinmao Foreign Trade Co., Ltd. was grandly held. Hang Xiangli, Deputy Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Party Group of Wuxi Women's Federation, Jiang Yunxia, Secretary and Chairman of the Party Group of Liangxi District Women's Federation, Chen Jiyin, Member of the Party Working Committee and Propaganda Committee of Chong'an Temple Street, Yan Xiaochan, Deputy Chairman of Liangxi District Women's Federation, and Yin Xiangwan, Chairman of Chong'an Temple Street Women's Federation, were invited to attend.
Chen Jiyin, a member of the Chong'an Temple Street Party Working Committee and Propaganda Committee, first delivered a speech, warmly congratulating the convening of the conference, and extending sincere greetings and gratitude to all the representatives present and those who have long been concerned and supportive of the development of Wuxi Jinmao. Subsequently, Zhao Qing, the leader of the preparatory group of Wuxi Jinmao Women's Federation and the chairman of the labor union, gave a report on the preparatory work.
Wuxi Jinmao was established in 1993, starting from the export of textile fabrics. After nearly 30 years of development, the company's business has maintained stable growth and its staff has been continuously expanding. There are currently 228 employees, including 156 female employees, accounting for 68.4% of the total number of employees in the company or enterprise. They strive for various positions in enterprise design, research and development, production, and sales, showcasing the positive and enterprising demeanor of women in the new era. For many years, Wuxi Jinmao has effectively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of female employees, enriched their cultural life, fulfilled their social responsibilities, cast love with exquisite services, cast home with physical and mental care, and enhance their sense of belonging and happiness.
Five members of the first Women's Federation Executive Committee were elected according to standardized procedures at the conference. Comrade Ji Chen, Zhou Linlin, Chen Jie, Ye Lan, and Liu Peipei were elected as members of the first Women's Federation Executive Committee in Wuxi Jinmao. At the first plenary meeting of the Executive Committee of the First Women's Federation, one chairman was elected. Comrade Ji Chen was elected as the Chairman of the First Wuxi Jinmao Women's Federation.
Chairman Ji stated that he will conscientiously implement the principles and policies of the Party and the government, continuously learn, focus on summarizing experience, and strive to improve his work level; Based on the actual development characteristics of the enterprise, fully leverage the role of the Women's Federation as a bridge and link, provide good service to female employees, and enable them to realize their own value in the enterprise; Maintain a spirit of exploration and innovation, actively adapt to new situations and tasks, actively respond to the new needs and expectations of female employees, and actively promote the high-quality development of the work of the Women's Federation.
Jiang Yunxia, Secretary and Chairman of the Party Group of Liangxi District Women's Federation, congratulated the establishment of Wuxi Jinmao Women's Federation and proposed three hopes:

Secondly, we need to support women's growth and success, and become hardworking fighters who serve the overall development situation. Third, we should promote the self construction of the Women's Federation and become the contact leader of Jinmao sisters. Pay attention to strengthening self construction, building the organization network of the Women's Federation, building the activity carrier of the Women's Federation, improving the working mechanism of the Women's Federation, doing more practical things and doing more good deeds in caring for women sisters, and enhancing the sense of gain of women workers.
Finally, the attending leaders took a group photo as a souvenir and visited Wuxi Jinmao on site to guide their work. The cause of women has a heavy and long way to go, and women's work is glorious and great. The Wuxi Jinmao Women's Federation will serve as an important helper for Wuxi Jinmao to promote enterprise development, shouldering the responsibility of jointly discussing development plans and drawing a beautiful blueprint.
